Section 37
Consequences of Water Management Board Ordinance, 2062 after inactivity
Water Management Board Ordinance, 2062 If no other intention appears after the inactivity, such inactivity,-
(a) shall not raise any matter which was not in force or subsisted while the Ordinance was inoperative,
(b) It shall not affect anything that has been carried out in accordance with the said Ordinance or any work done or suffered before the procedure has been carried out accordingly,
(c) shall not affect any rights, facilities, duties or obligations received, achieved or suffered in accordance with the Ordinance,
(d) No penalty imposed under that Ordinance shall affect punishment or forfeiture,
(e) Any actions or measures taken in relation to any such rights, facilities, duties, obligations, punishments written above shall not be affected and any such legal action or measures may be initiated, continued or implemented as long as the said Ordinance remains in force.
